 Experience & Qualifications: 

  • 2 plus years in sales or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Goal oriented sled starter able to work independently and in a team environement.
  • Competitive and passionate to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills.

 Duties and Responsibilities of the Job

  • Strong emphasis on Customer Service Excellence.
  • Build long term business partnerships.
  • Provide account management to existing accounts in an attempt to grow their business.
  • Employ product knowledge to educate and sell to customer base.
  • Present promotions, flyers, menus and other marketing tools to customer base to grow business.
  • Manage price and margin in each account.
  • Manage all accounts receivable in account base.
  • Actively pursue and open new account partners with the territory.
  • Create quarterly and annual territory plans (sales and profit projections) and be accountable for the results.
  • Answer customers' questions about product, prices, availability, product users, and credit terms.
  • Consult with customers to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Contact regualr and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain productfeatrues and solicit orders.
  • Awareness of market conditions, product innovations and competitor's prdocuts, prices and sales.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as keeping sales records, filing expense reports and other forms.
  • Recomment products to customers, based on that customer's needs and interests.
