Do you have product xxxxx ?

Our customer service representatives in our office, and sales reps in the field, can help with your search. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for your convenience. You may leave a voice message at any time. Our Merrill Distributing directory is on the Contact Us page.

Who is my sales rep?

Some customers prefer a visit from our sales reps only from time to time. If it has been a while and you would like your Merrill rep to stop by for a visit, please call Dave at our office (Ext. 329) or ask one of our sales reps at the office. As a valued customer, it is your choice of how you best like to order from Merrill Distributing.

How do I buy from Merrill Distributing?

First of all, visit our About Us page to check that your business is located in or near our delivery areas. Merrill Distributing sells to businesses and non-profit groups, not to individual consumers. Begin the process by completing your Merrill Distributing Credit Application pages and sending them in to the office (by mail or FAX).

Can I pickup my order at the Merrill warehouse?

Yes. Please follow the Will Call Policy or if you have questions please contact our Customer Service Department. 

Order Call-In Policy

  1. All same day orders for pick up must be called in according to times listed below with pick up times adhered to.
  2. Please have item numbers available when calling in your orders. Product guides are available at the front desk to assist you. 12-week order guides based upon your order history, are also available upon request.

Orders without item numbers slow all processes down and therefore interrupt our daily business, especially Customer Service. As always, if you cannot find an item in the order guide, our friendly Customer Service staff will help you.

Order Call-In and Pick up Schedule

  1. Call in time & Pick up window. All orders placed by 4:00 pm prior day, can be picked up next day between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm.
  2. Same day orders for pick up have the following windows: All orders placed by 10:00 am, can be picked up SAME DAY between 11:30 am & 2:30 pm All orders placed between 10:00 am 1:00 pm, can be picked up SAME DAY between 1:30 pm & 2:30 pm
  3. Walk in orders can be placed so long as item numbers accompany the order, but the pick up windows above still apply. In the best interest of efficiency and customer service to our valued partners, placing and waiting for an order is no longer permitted.

Additional Requests

Any requests outside of this new pick-up policy need to be addressed with your Merrill Distributing Sales Consultant.
